efa 2017 impresses as the most important marketplace for decision-makers in the building services and electrical engineering industries in Central Germany – The efa, which took place for the 15th time from September 20 to 22 at Leipzig’s Exhibition Center, focused on current trends and groundbreaking innovations in building services and electrical engineering. The parallel HIVOLTEC compliments the range by adding high and medium voltage technology. In spite of the outstanding order situation in the trade and resulting utilization, 12,200 visitors leveraged the opportunity to gain a comprehensive overview of the market at the trade fairs. “We have once again managed to bring together all key stakeholders of the building services and electrical engineering industries at the efa, while even increasing the percentage of decision-makers. The quality of this year’s event was also confirmed by all. Participants also rated the prospects of good follow-up business after the trade fairs as highly positive.
efa 2017 on course with new schedule – According to the current spring survey of the central association of the German electrical and information technology trades ZVEH the economic mood throughout Germany in the e-trades is as good as never before. The latest economic survey of the professional association for electrical and information technology Saxony / Thuringia confirms this: for example with 97 days the average range of orders in hand in February 2017 was 15 days higher than one year before. This upward trend forms an excellent starting position for the efa 2017, which with the new schedule (September 20 to 22) moves forward one month. With a top-class exhibition area and a comprehensive professional program the trade fair provides information about innovative products, current topics and groundbreaking developments.
efa cements its status as Central Germany's chief industry platform – Leipzig's Exhibition Center focused entirely on building systems and electrical technologies over a course of three days from October 28 to 30, 2015. 14,100 visitors attended the efa and HIVOLTEC to gather information about new trends and products – a very good result for the combined presentation of the efa and HIVOLTEC, which took place for the first time in this constellation. "The efa demonstrated that it is the most important industry platform in Central Germany. Thanks to the productive collaboration with associations, exhibitors and partners, we were able to offer the wide variety of visitors a more extensive range of products and services," says Markus Geisenberger, Managing Director of Leipziger Messe, while adding: "With its focus on high to medium-voltage technology, the HIVOLTEC complements the efa's offering by highlighting another forward-looking topic."
